We only accept returns in case of a defective item and exchanges in case you require a different size. Returns and exchanges are accepted when initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Made-to-order or customized items are not eligible for exchange.

Currently, we offer standard sizing as per our size chart. However, for select pieces, we may be able to accommodate additional sizes (XS, XXL, XXXL) upon request, for a minimal charge. We currently do not offer alteration services. 

To ensure your handwoven Karomi piece lasts we recommend sticking to dry clean only. However, if you wish, some of our cotton products can be washed separately in cold water, without wringing the piece, and drying away from direct sunlight. Additionally, naturally dyed products should be stored away from the sunlight to avoid fading of the colour.

Karomi works closely with artisans skilled in traditional handloom weaving, jamdani weaving, hand block printing, hand dyeing, natural dyeing, and kantha hand embroidery. Each piece marries heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design, creating a signature style that is uniquely Karomi. 

Absolutely! Sustainability is one of our core pillars at Karomi. Our pieces are handcrafted using eco-conscious processes, natural or azo free dyes, and biodegradable fabrics.
